Application For Listing

  1. Listing applications must be submitted as per the forms approved by the UAE Securities & Commodities Authority, the agency authorized to review applications and approve listing in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Authority?s listing regulation.
  2. Having obtained approval for listing the company from the Emirates Securities & Commodities Authority, Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange shall proceed with the following steps:
    A. Coordinate with the company to complete transfer of its Shareholders Registry to the Clearing, Depository & Settlement Division of the Market.
    B. The company shall provide information relating to its business, number and nominal value of its issued shares, and the symbol its management wishes to use in the Market?s publications and bulletins.
  3. The company shall provide the Market with an approved copy of its Articles of Association along with a list of names of members of its Board.
  4. The date for listing shall be determined in view of the company?s circumstances and the Market?s and shall be announced in the local newspapers.
